The summit ridge of Cavalier Mountain overlooks the Franklin Glacier -- a vast icefield 20km long and 6km wide. On this day, in May 2019, a thick ocean of clouds covered the glacier, and the jagged ridge of Mt. Cavalier stood against it in stark relief.
