Cowboy Ridge is a classic destination in the backcountry area adjacent to Whistler Mountain. On a clear day the views across the Cheakamus River Valley to Castle Towers Mountain are awe-inspiring.

On this day in December of 2018 my ski partner and I did laps until we were exhausted, and then donned our headlamps and skied out via Singing Pass trail in the dark (always an adventure).
